What: Delicious four-course Italian dinner demonstrated and prepared on site by Italian chef Sandra Gugliotta of Delizie Italiane restaurant
Where: Cooking at the Cottage located at 3729 Lexington Road
When: Thursday, March 12, from 6:00-8:30 pm
Cost per person: $75.00 (includes a four-course dinner, two glasses of wine, and gratuity)

Antipasti/appetizer
Assaggino di pizze ~ a sample of 3 different traditional Italian pizze
Primi
Risotto alla Boscaiola ~ a creamy rich rice dish with a hearty mushroom broth, leeks, butter, wine and cream
Secondo
Brasato al Barolo ~ slow braised beef with Barolo wine, and a creamy vegetable puree
Dolci
Crema Mascarpone con Frutti di Bosco ~ a rich and creamy mascarpone whip with macerated berries
Because of great interest in this event (expressed in our recent survey) and a maximum capacity of 38 attendees, MEMBERS ONLY (plus one guest) may sign up for this evening beginning NOW through February 26. If availability remains after this deadline, non-members may then sign up through March 5.
